Yeah backlinks are for your website. You can denote google to not read a page by adding a special text at the top. Its bots see the text then don't read it or index it (put it in their data pile).

Facebook only allows some pages to be indexed.

you can build back links to social media main pages and inner pages. a post on Facebook is just like an inner page, and your main page is just like a home page. I've got a business where my business ranks #1 for an area search term with 450,000 people, my Facebook page is #2, and my youtube video is #3. you just need an awesome Google Local SEO guy, which I have. You almost don't want to share those guys info but he only takes on one type of business in a particular service area. he rocks it www.somdwebdesigns.com I feel pretty confident that if you happened to be in my area and tried to rank for pressure washing he would say no, i already have a guy i do seo for there, in fact i think its in the contract, but if it can help someone else so be it.
