Filter Exchange and mark ups.

I have 2 customers looking for new filters. One to purchase new the other for an exchange program. I would love to get into the exchange program. I know of a company in Pennsylvania that said he started small and he just keeps on growing and fast. How much of a mark up is reasonable for the filters if total cost is 184.49 without the mark up.
