I am looking for a model to use to develop a flatwork contract from.

If there is anyone running a maintenance program with convenient stores, restaurants and such, I would really appreciate a copy of your contract and or maintenance agreement.

start-up help!

Just found this website...what a blessing! I'm a start-up business -- going for WOB status -- offering environmentally-friendly pressure washing and maintenance services (Austin, Texas is very sensitive about water pollution issues) for mostly large, commercial accounts. Am looking at equipment to purchase...any tips? I already have a job to start next month but need to type up a contract QUICKLY and have a legal review next week. Does anyone have a sample contract/maintenance agreement I could look at? Initially I will be a Sole Proprieter then maybe go to LLC. Any and all help/comments about the pressure washing business (especially from other women out there) would be very welcome!
