Florida house washing rates

We don't do house or deck washing, but a guy who works at one of our commercial accounts has seen our work and he insist us to clean his house.
Those from Florida, please can you point me at roughly price rate of house walls washing and deck washing? How do you charge and do estimate on that kind of work?

10/12 cents a sq ft for house washing and pool enclosures including deck & cage start @ $175.00 and go up from there.

Thanks Nick! How's everything? We've got another huge 7 story garage 500 000 sq ft.. There was no reclamation required or any restrictions, so we decided to jump into that crazy job. Everything went well. The only PITA was that we were not allowed to use the fire hydrants and rinsing took forever.
There is possibility of another garage next month. If they require reclamation or anything that we can't handle, I'll send you the specs for sub out.

Sweepers have a great in with PM's. I may just have to get a couple of sweeper trucks and put them to use to get into the door with PM's
 
Hey Fox I gave someone your name for a garage. The start of the address is 12000. Did you get a call for it?
 
Make sure you apply your chemical from the bottom up. If you use hot water do not let your hose lay on the grass.... Make a big show of it while you are there and you can probably pick up two or three of his neighbors on the same day.
