Found the cage, it was blown off by the adjustable spray nozzles about two feet from the fan.

mikey, what kind of pressure, nozzle are you using that would cut stainless? What brand was it? Inquiring minds want to know

Not what you think, the bolt on the spinner came free and spun it apart.

Mikey , Just a thought , which way is it rotating? Is it rotating with the threads or against them. One way it will stay tight the other way it will loosen. Did you find the rest of it?
