I finally had some results contacting some property managers.Emails sent to a cvs pharmacy as well as ram property managment worked.Im looking to bid on some flat work ,roughly whats a cvs pharmacy run by sq footage.I under stand if i would to get a 20,000 sq ft shopping center the price would be cheaper by foot but what would be a bottom for big outlet like that.

That really depends on you and what your market will bear.

Whatever you do, just don't lowball. You will get stuck in the low wages and not make profit then be stuck there as it will be very hard if not impossible to raise your prices without looking like a crook and then be selling your equipment because you did not listen to the guys here.

It happens every year. You need to price high enough so you get work and make a profit but low enough to stay somewhat competitive.

You don't know and nobody will tell you the magic number. You just have to get out there and start pricing. What I can get here has no relation to what others get in Florida, California, Michigan, etc....

Just start pricing jobs and see what happens. Read a lot of the older posts, start back in the beginning and see what some charged and made a profit at.

depends on the frequency of cleaning , 30 60 or 90 day or every two weeks , how do they want it done ? If it is a one time gig it is way more that a contract price
