I've been lurking here for a little bit and am really impressed with the knowledge, information and sense of community at this site.
I am at the beginning of my power washing business. I've been repairing and remodeling homes and installing outdoor wood furnaces for some time now. Power washing was a service I occasionally got to perform and always enjoyed it. With the steady decline in renovation projects, I figured power washing would be my main focus.
Thanks to everyone for all the useful info I've picked up already.

Welcome Larry this is a great place to learn. I live in Amherst and will help you any way I can. I do roof cleaning and flat work. Charlottesville should be a great market area for you.

Larry, all the roofs in Amherst have been done maybe a couple of sidewalks left. LOL
