HI my name is Nick Delaney,I have been pressure washing full time for 6 years. I had been thinking about starting my own biz for years and finally did it. Gateway Pressure Washing was officialy opened 2 weeks ago. For the past few months I have been doing nothing but learning everything that I can. I have been on other PWing forums and just recently stumblede across this one. These forums have been a great learning tool and I wish I would have been on years ago. I really appreciate all of the help that everyone offers. I have been looking for a good bid/disclaimer sheet. I have not been able to find anything. Until I get more comfortable running a business Im sticking to residential, all the bid sheets I find are more for commercial. If anyone has a good residential bid sheet to share with me I would greatly appreciate it. I found one on businessformsstore.com. Although you cant really read it until you buy it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We use QuickBooks Pro - which provides a great tool for estimates that later convert to invoices (not to mention accountants love it). The estimate is then included in our bid package (company resume, info about processes, copies of our insurances, etc...) The only time we will try to add a disclaimer is if we note any problematic areas in our evaluation that the customer needs to be aware or.
