Help! I have 12 tubes of deodorant and the subscription won't pause.

I signed up for a "set it and forget it" subscription for my body wash and deodorant a few months ago. It was great at first, but I’m apparently using way less product than I estimated. I now have a literal shoebox full of unopened tubes under my bathroom sink. I tried to log in to skip the next shipment, but the site keeps glitching on the calendar page. My renewal date is in two days. Has anyone else had trouble managing their delivery frequency?
 
Clear your browser cookies and try again, or use incognito mode. These subscription portals are notoriously buggy on mobile. If that fails, just cancel the entire subscription and manually re-order when you actually run out. The "savings" aren't worth the clutter if you are drowning in product.
 
I had a similar issue where I wanted to swap scents for the summer (coconut instead of unscented), but the system kept defaulting back to my original order. It was super annoying because I really wanted the seasonal variety. I tried to find a direct contact to sort it out quickly. I looked for a lume customer service phone number but realized many of these direct-to-consumer brands handle everything via text or chat now. Once I got through on the chat widget, they were able to manually adjust my shipment frequency to every 3 months instead of monthly, which solved the stockpile problem.
