How do I clean THIS?

A house washing mix wont hurt anything but if it's oxidized it's gonna need compounded and buffed. Needs to go to an auto detailing shop.

Usually these things come out looking like new after a good compound and buffing.

Oh yeah we had something like that bout a year ago ... We took the bloody thing a part and washed and waxed and detailed the heck out of the classic baby. This was one of our projects last year ... A lil washing with warm soapy water and lots of elbow grease too ... The fun part was getting the motor up and running ... In the end she was worth it ... I'll have to see if we still have our before and after pics

Yep good ol gilbert....washed it down and got all the grime we could off of it, cheap buffer with some rubbing compound, then some cleaner wax, then some polishing wax. My boat wasnt quite as bad as that but it was still fairly nasty and came out looking like it was brand new off the show floor when we were done (boat itself is 33 years old)

oh...and be careful not to strip the gelcoat off, that is not a simple process to correct nor cheap!
