does it usually take to wash a mobile home appx.16' x 70' ? Regular
type metallic siding?

Reason I am asking is a fellow I know has about 50 units or so in a small trailor park and wanted a quote on possible washing them if I would take on a project such as this.

Just trying to get a rough ideal of the man hours required before I say yea or nay.

If anyone will chime in,I will appreciate it.

Going to work, will check in when ever I am done. Thanks in advance.

I would give him a price per unit anywhere between 85-110 per unit. Also double check to make sure water is readily available.

I second this.
He may want to pick and choose which ones get cleaned or not get cleaned after he gets the price per unit, so maybe throw in a second bid that includes ALL the homes.
"This is my price per unit, but if you'd like to clean all of them I can give you a $xxx discount." Or a % discount.... Whatever you choose. But try like hell to sell him on it.
It won't take but 2 units for you guys to fall into a groove. You can easily do 10-12 the first day, 12-15 the second.....
Figure your linear ft, get cost of materials and all the overhead for this particular job (helper, fuel, etc), then you can decide how big of a break you can cut him. Act fast because if someone else knows about it this job is gonna go fast.
