How to Price a commerical concrete building?

I have been asked to power wash a 3 story concrete commercial building 44,000 sqft. I normally charge .10 to .12 cents per sq.ft. Looking for some help please. Thanks

Figure out how many days it will take you. X daily rate + any equipment rentals or onetime fees. Make sure you have a plan for water access and that it is sufficient flow. Running surface cleaners requires a bigger water source flow
