Heres some pics of my equipment. Just picked it up end of August and added some racks, tool boxes, holders etc. Has Line X on deck, 8gpm hot and a 5.6 cold unit, had diamond plate covers put over machines to reduce wind & rain hitting machines. Real happy with it, except the HoseTrack reels. The pin stops in them have pulled out and had to fix them already on 2 out of 3 of the reels, poor design and one handle keeps coming loose. I like my Titan Reels in my other rig, Someone told me these Hose Tracks are great reels , not impressed at all

The rest of the set up is great.

Heres my other rig which I've had since Sept 05, its my rolling billboard, 5.6 hot and I carry a lot of other stuff in it, its my work horse. I might put another hot unit in it. The Ford pulls this now and the Dodge pulls the newer rig

Sure beats mt 5X8 trailer with a bunch of 4gpm machines on it with no hose reels that I used for a few years

No but I was actually talking to my welder about that not to long ago, just changed up the exhuast out the floor and did new vent. Going to have to wait on ext fueling, the welder just crashed a trike and was in hospital for 2 weeks. knowing him he'll be back at it soon

Ron or anyone else what would be the best way to do ext fueling, any tanks in mind I could use?

I was trying to have some pictures of and old one I had, All my machines have custom tanks that are larger. My fueling time is reduced to twice a week instead of every night.

Have a customer tank builder make a tank and have the spout for filling large enough to come exterior of trailer. Its much safer, I had a friend kill himself filling a machine inside a trailer years back. Its not the phone call or post we want to get or see from your wife, Its serious stuff, ask Scott he had a little accident a few months back and I don’t know if he mentioned it but he called me when he burned himself. His was just exterior but he has all customer tanks and had and extra or machine he had just bought. Him and I are just always glad when the accident happens it us and not others.

I will not fuel this way with employees ever, won’t happen. Sooner and it will happen you’ll get the call.

I have a 30 gallon diesel fuel tank next to my Powerwasher inside my enclosed trailer. Diesel has a low flash point compared to gas and its legal to carry alot more diesel inside an enclosed trailer then gas. I also have a 100 gallon Propane tank mounted on the outside of this trailer because its illegal to store a propane tank in an enclosed trailer. Basically my trailer is the "Bomb" or whatever that saying was I have to one of these days take some digital pictures of this set-up....

LOOKS GREAT, I LIKE THE AMMOUNT OF HOSE YOU ARE USING. I CARRY 300' PLUS OF EVERYTHING. 8GPM HOT MUST DO IT TO IT!
