what would you bid something like this. the areas in red are the sidewalks (4' wide) for a basin in a golf community. it is well maintained and wouldnt require alot of extra work to clean. one path tho the south is paver bricks and there is a 5' wall along 1 side of the sidewalk with coral caps. the wall is stucco and foam.
