So after all of the problems I've been having with the pressure on my machine, I've come to the last component I can change out...the unloader. So far I've re-plumbed the water lines and tightened all of my connections to ensure there are no air leaks, changed the check valves in the pump, and now the unloader.
Check out the video and see if you can tell me what's going on.
On installation I backed the bolt out to about mid-way so I wouldn't cause any damage to the pump. When I turned the machine on, it pulses in bypass. I screwed the knob in but the problem didn't get better so I backed it out. When the bolt is backed out almost completely the pulsing stops but when the trigger is engaged, the pressure is very low. Then I worked the bolt back in to raise the pressure but of course, it starts to pulse again.
