Learning From Facilispence

Over the past couple of months I have attended classes at Facilispence (Russ). Today the teacher gave me a lesson in working on decks. Recently we have teamed up and on a few projects....
A 21 Building Apartment Complex
A 9 Building Town Home Complex
Construction Clean Up at a new Tractor Supply
Couple of Shopping Centers
Few other projects

Still Waiting on my Report Card.......He's been a big help..........

Sometimes it helps to hook up with your competition it can be WIN-WIN for both of you. I don't have much experience with decks so Russ went with me today and showed me how he cleans decks. He's a lot better at working with wood than I am . Here is a pic of our classroom project from today

low low pressure and my own stripper/cleaner mix with oxalic to brighten and as always on wood noooooo hot water!

That's great. When I did LFL with Barry Maddox, he helped me with the cleaning side and I helped him with selling. A win/win for both of us.
