Made the plunge to employer.

I am now the happy employer of 1 part time and 1 full time employee. I have been debating this step for the last couple years and finally decided to take the plunge.

I was on both ends of that spectrum. From running things myself to having 20 employees... then back down to a couple of guys after the new housing crash. Running two businesses now, I prefer to have a couple of guys and keep things profitable. The growing stage from 3-15 employees didn't show that much reward for all of the effort I was putting in. I like to keep things simple now.

Best move you ever made! It will take a few months of good training to get them trained properly. Its all about programs and procedures now. Pretty soon you will have a sign out sheet to make sure they tied their shoes for the day! jk But now you can focus on getting the work and giving quotes... double your income.
