we were sittin around the other day talking about wrapping
(drapping) hoods and we started in on what we thought was the best way to do a McD's hood, we usually pull the fryers and grills out then wrap the hood and tuck the plastic in along the back at the gasket and clamp on the sides (low prox hoods are hateful in my book) dont get me wrong the grease cleans in a snap, but anyway I was just wondering on how some of yall do McD's Ive heard of some cleaners lifting the frame on the fryers and tucking the plastic under it and doing it that way ya maybe that'll work if the base of the plenum goes all the way to the back of the hood but not all of the hoods are like that some have a gap between the plenum and the back wall of the hood anyway i was just curious on how yall deal with them??
and heres another thing........they dont have drains......why is that????
