I would like to extend my deepest gratitude for all of your efforts and support with the bulletin board over the past year. Your dedication has made this board the best source for unbiased information.

Mike Hughes, along with many of us, would like to ensure the continued growth of this board. This is why he has been courageous enough to take over the board.

I am certain with the help of all those who enjoy and support the board, this site will remain the number one source for pressure cleaning.

I am confident in Mike’s ability to successfully take this board to the next level. His dedication and leadership qualities will be a benefit to us all. The support and assistance of all the members will be the driving force to this boards success.

With my family and business ventures taking much of my energy these days, I feel the need to change the capacity in which I interact with the board. I feel I am unable to devote the time necessary to participate with board activities.

I have no intention of leaving the board altogether. My involvement with the board has been very informative and enjoyable. I have learned a great deal and have benefited greatly from my interactions with other members. Instead I must limit the time I am able to view and respond to questions on the board.

I will still be responding to the "Shopping Center Series" and other subjects I think will be educational for everyone.

This board has always been the best way to share unbiased opinions and will continue to have my full support.

To all of you that have posted a "Thank you", I appreciate your kind words of appreciation. This has made the past year well worth the efforts.

Ron,one can not go back in time and make up for the lost time unspent with the family.On down the road with age you'll wish for more free time b/c of the lost time your seeing now,good Luck nomatter what ya step in.It's been a pleasure posting with you and talking to you on the Phone,not many salesman you run into nowdays knows his chit as you do.To bad we wouldn't how sold againest each other b/c I love butting heads with you,enjoy your family,I lost dat desire long ago,ha.

Guess now Mike will want to put them there rose colored galsses back on,hahahahahaha..
