need help with dirt,clay constuction cleanup

Hello,


HAVE A JOB COMING UP 20 UNITS, NEW CONSTRUCTION, PATIO HOMES NEEDING THE FRONT ASHPALT DRIVEWAYS, WALKWAYS AND FRONT PATIOS PWASHED. WHAT WILL BEST REMOVE DIRT, CLAY, AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION GOO FROM THESE AREAS. CAN YOU DO IT WITH A COLD WATER MACHINE?

FINALLY WHAT WOULD YOU BID ON IT: TOTAL OF 15,000 SQ FEET.

on cement i would use shurclean 600 from www.prosoco.com[they will help you find a local dealer-masonary supply's carry it]
I would use a light duty truck wash for the asphault [no degreaser].
What to charge depends on a ton of things.
Wash one. See how long it takes and mulitply that number by what you need to make per hour.
Be carefull with new cement and pressure[keep the pressure to a min.] it is still green and you will do damage.
Cold water is fine.
