Needing to clean grout and interior floors

Purchase a vacuuming surface cleaner and a good vac system with a few vac tools. Turn your unloader to a lower pressure (or add oversized pressure tips). Practice where you have minimal liability! If you're nervous, carry common colors of quick grout fix...
We have had great success with restaurants, especially ones that have already called a carpet cleaner!
 
Sorry, I don't have any revealing pics. Currently, we run a Mosmatic 21" 3 bar w/ vac on an 8gpm. We clean the outside at about 8gpm 3k psi. Then, we have our new espec unloaders on QC, and switch to an unloader set at about 1k psi. Before that we just cut the throttle way down on the engine and left the unloader alone. W/ the same size nozzles and lower rpm, we got a nice low pressure. We also run two 12" 2 bar Mosmatic on the same machine w/ the switched out unloader. You can just adjust the onloaders rather than tie up two.
We are working on a few new set ups for quicker transitions.
 
We used to pre-wet w/ chemical inside because that's what carpet cleaners do. We had a customer open a seafood place in what was Chinese. A carpet cleaner spent 4 hours on a less-than-100 sqft entry way. The owner let us in the front door, and by the time he returned from unlocking the back door and turning on the breakers we had cleaned the entry and moved on to the dinning room. I realized the heat and pressure seemed to be all that's needed. We only prespray kitchens under the cooking line now.

Thanks for the info, I too was looking for a mosmatic bar with 3 or 4 nozzles to work with the mosmatic 21" and just found the 3 bar. that should make things faster.

Who in the industry that you know run the 30" recovery mosmatic? I have heard of a few being sold, but would like to see video of it in action and get feedback, other than the TGP/H&M 8ft combination unit.

You are the second person that I know that have unloaders on quick connects, I was thinknig of hard plumbing dual unloaders with a shut off valve for the potential use of steam cleaning

What vacuum system are you running with the mosmatic?

I agree with the temps and heat, some of the smaller carpet portable/truckmounts dont have what it takes to be as productive as adjusted/modified pressure washing machines (the bigger truckmounts do, but they are 3 times the price of a pressure washer)

Like I've said in here for a few years now.. Heat is you firiend.. as long as it is well controlled,
and major-league vacuum leaves the place dry FAST FAST FAST.
..The ONLY reasons "steam cleaners" were kicked out of kitchens years ago..
they left all that humidity in the building (..wet windows 'n over-spray),
Now that we have MONTERous suction affordable.. Git'er DOne !

Our new system is hard plumbed unloaders w/ valves. We think that will save a lot of time. The three bar is much better on grout. We are building an off set 4 bar for the 21" and the 12"(we'll see how that goes).
As for the 30", I've seen them in action, but you must get Jerry's modified one.
We currently use an old h2o boy electric unit. It's the one thing I'm most excited about replacing! I've got a 3" blower I'm about to mount, but talking with Jerry may have thrown a wrench in my plans, perhaps for the better.
If you want to invest a little into this service and have it roll perfectly smooth, CALL JERRY! He'll treat you right, answer any questions, and solve critical problems that other manufacturers don't even know they have yet!
I don't mean to sound like I have a man-crush! I'm just saying, if Jerry were on the east coast and I met him five years ago, I would have saved a lot of aggravation!
 
There are some great youtube videos to watch on concrete and tile/grout cleaning that wash the surface and vacuum up the wash water and contaminants.
