Builder just wants me to wash the surface debris off all concrete areas. Not worried much about the tire marks on the driveway. I’m wanting to do much better than just wash the debris off.

Would I be able to remove the red dirt with Oxalic and remove the tire marks with a butyl degreaser? If I can use oxalic, what would be a good ratio for down streaming with a 20:1 injector? And should I use the degreaser first then Oxalic, or the other way around?
