1)You must have a trailer with 2 hot water washers minimum 5.0 @3000 mounted on the same trailer with a minimum 2 man crew and owner must be present on all jobs as well.
2) 2 good surface cleaners (Landa, Whisper Wash, Steel Eagle ect....)
3) Generator and lights for night time work

Insurance Requirements:

One million in Personal Injury

Two Million General Aggregate

Two Million in Products Comprehensive / Op Aggregate

One Million Liability on all Company Trucks

Two Million Excess Umbrella Liability and Two Million per occurance

Plus carry One Million on each Employee for Workers Compensation

Sounds like a great opportunity Russ, but the 'I have to be there' and the 'at night' parts don't work for me.

I know it's kind of frustrating when you post leads or work and get no responses.

I got two good responses , I personally know one and he is perfect the other looks like a good guy too , They only needed one or two anyway so its all good . I am not getting anything for this but they were good to us so I am glad to help back and help other washers at the same time
