I'm pretty sure there isn't a huge market for swamp coolers in West Virginia but they are in almost every restaurant in the Southwest. This guy just took an old cooler apart an put it under his fan to catch the grease. I thought it was pretty funny, I guess the humor gets lost on you guys in humid areas.
oh ok I guess I missed that one, I do have a few places with that gereral problem where supports get in the way of any grease catch and they are not willing to spend any real money to solve the problem. I guess that is why I jumped on it so quick
I know what you're talking about Bryan, that can be a real pain. Just so you know all the restaurants in Heaven have perfect access, get their systems cleaned on a regular basis and only consist of bowl fans with hinge kits already installed and fitted grease catchers. The restaurants in Hell have squirrel cage fans and insist on having their systems cleaned only once a year for $100 each
