New rig layout by T George, what do you guys think. All it needs is a bigger anchor pressure washer unit.

Its a nice rig Nigel. I've been talking to Tom for several months about the R&D. They build quality, my first skid is a T George Podell (Mi T M 3506) over 1500 hours on it and not a single problem.

I like the oil separator set-up. You going to purchase one ?

I believe instantaneous vacuuming opens a lot of doors,

I have been looking at his progress over the years also, his systems get better and better.
Would want more cfm off the blower and have a certificate of the OWS Reynolds # to prove its efficiency/effectiveness.
And at least dual pump setup as the pressure washer unit, 12 gpm @ 4000 psi minimum

There are some really, really good ideas with that rig. It is easily duplicated, but there are some great concepts.

That does look like a great rig.

It does look kind of tall, not sure if it really would fit into a parking garage.

Anyone know how tall it is and the specs of the equipment?

Chris I think he told me 6.4 tall.......

I agree, I wonder how many garages they do a year.

He must have developed these systems because of a need.

The owner told me this past summer when I drove up that he was un-happy with sirroco.

I was thinking the same thing.

The video is on ebay I did not post the link because it would go dead after the end of listing date, look it up under pressure washer search in ebay, the price is $30,500

The height is 76"

The thing I see wrong you have a single 8 gal machine. The reclaim on it is able to handle 20plus gals a min At 200 feet on 2 hoses(10 gpm plus each). I think a huge iron horse would be nice instead. 4 guns at 6 or 2 at 12........

Thats what I think too Lou, but he did not want to scare the audience off with a 50,000 dollar price tag.

There have been a lot of great threads about ceiling height and the height of the trucks and trailers, I have seen some of the garages here with a 6'6" ceiling and higher.

With a height of 6'4", when you are going up a ramp and making the turn, that is where you might not make the clearance as the truck is starting to go up on another incline which raises the front of the trailer a little bit more and something that tall might not make it.

I know of a few guys here that even though their trucks' roofs are like 6'2" and 6'4", they say that they can't make it into the parking garages because of the turns, sprinklers, lights, etc....

I am not an engineer or trailer builder but I think if I was going to do parking garages I would want a trailer that had a lower height just to be safe.

Not taking away anything from that rig, it is nice.

Do you remember the maximum height of Crystal Cleaning Company, Jim Gamble's garage trailer Chris?

I think his first trailer was taller.

I am not sure of the height of Jim's trailer or his first trailer. I am sure he will tell us if we ask him nicely.

Jim, How tall is your new trailer?

Thank You.

A good vacuum has 200 CFM. This Vacuum set-up is lasted at 450 CFM which seems like alot. I think Steele eagle Vacuum set-ups are listed at 200 CFM. So there seems to be more then enough CFM's on this set-up. I would be happy to have anywhere from and 8gpm Powerwasher on there and on up.
The 8 GPM Powerwasher works with most of my Surface machines.

The 76" height pretty much works in almost all garages but some of those garages you might have to move around carefully but you still should be able to get in no problem.

I am kind of digging that reclaim set-up.

I dig it too John!! Steel eagle has a 475cfm, the biggest thus far is from Mike of silver eagle 750cfm roots, but Tom for T George says he can get you whatever you want depends on how deep you pockets go.

John do you have the newer swabby?, how many bars and arms are under it.

Spoke with Bill Clemons on Tuesday 06th about the new ride around 36"

Nigel,
The new swabby set up has 2 arms/ 1 bar. Its a pretty awesome set up. I saw it in action about a month back now. I dont think Bill has many pictures of it yet other than what has been seen so far. He may do a demo in Orlando though.

I have the older much more expensive Swabby that has the bars belt driven. Under my swabby is 2 bars/4 arms. I have since parted ways with the reclaiming set-up trailer that I initally bought with the swabby. I am actually Eye balling the above reclaiming set-up and I already got prices of how much they would build it for me without the Powerwasher since I already have a spare 8gpm hot water Mi-t-m that could go on there.

Rex from Pressure Washer Products builds the recovery systems, you just have to talk to him about what your purpose is.

He does not build enough to mass-produce them but he does know what he is doing, give him a call.

i like it alot i always take a peek at t.george podells stuff. i just sent tom some pics of my rig he was curious to see what we were building. he said he has a newer vac system that is not on his site that is a new design and he will be unveiling it at some show this weekend ... they def build some nice stuff..
