Just want some opinions on a good non-caustic cleaner for doing flatwork (drive thrus, storefronts, gas pads etc.) I have tried several enviro products and have built up quite an inventory of different products. I am trying to stay away from caustics for several reasons such as high ph, hard to breakdown and residue left behind on asphalt.
I do not want to turn this into a war,
but need some real examples from guys in the trenches not manufactuers BS.
I am willing to pay more but within reason. I have tried many products from Addiment to Zep, and have found that the caustics seem to allow more dirt and oil to build up between cleanings. This is something I have been paying close attention to for the last couple of months and the pictures do not lie to me.
I know most of the non-caustic cleaners cost more and we all like to keep our overhead lower.
By the way, if you need some trial product I have quite an inventory
