Online Print Service via EDDM?

I have wasted 2 days on putting out my first mailer. This is so dag-one frustrating. I have tried Vistaprint and GotPrint and both of the services do not offer EDDM compliant Post Card Sizes. To my shock yesterday I came very close to making a costly mistake with Vistaprint. Lucky for me after placing the order within a minute or two I called them up to confirm the dimension of the Post Card they cancelled my order and will be credited to a full refund. Here all a long I thought I had selected the right size for the print which was 6.5 X 9". Lo and behold upon paying my bill at the check out screen the system had defaulted to a non compliant size.Vistaprint tells my they only offer two sizes which are both non compliant. GotPrint is no different near as I can tell. Forgive my if I sound lame but I am a complete newb at this stuff so a little direction would be much appreciated, Thanks....

Go to gotprint.net. Pricing. Postcards. Scroll down through the list. The eddm sizes are clearly listed. Send me a pm with your email address or phone if you prefer. I can walk you through it.

Edit. A card as small as 6.5" x 7" would be compliant. The shorter dimension must be greater than 6 1/8". 6.5x9 is fine.
 
Thanks for the website info, checked them out and exactly what I was looking for to upload my own postcard design
