Guess who got pinged today by Stormwater Enforcement, yep. We were told that someone called in to report that we were violating CWA and the towns BMP's, guess what???????? WE WERE COMPLIANT!!!!!!!!

The gentleman pictured told me that he had already fined a couple of pressure washers in the area ($1000.00) and was only doing his job. No biggie, told him that if I could help in any way to just let me know. Funny....he didn't seem to thrilled about that, or my knowledge in BMP's or the CWA.

This is a small town just outside my main service area. It's here folks, be ready!

We should all be working with the authorities to do what we can to be in compliance. And the general public to educate them.
 
Wow thats scary. Don't know if there out there to help the environment as they profess or is it just another way for a revenue stream. Either way we all have to work with them and not against them and especially not against each other. Lucky for us that Guy was compliant because he just gave the Powerwashers there and here a good name:thumbup2::thumbup2:

Thats what I figured Guy that its a money racket-revenue stream. If you come by me now there are camara's on poles recording cars going through lights. A human can't react in 1/100 of a second yet I just recieved my second ticket for going thru a red light and being caught on camara. This is what a desperate society has became and they are looking for anyway to make a revenue stream. Desperate measures takes desperate actions which leads right into these guys burning Power washers for such minute things that doesn't justify the fine...Hence Revenue stream.

Red light cameras are being taken out of many N.C. Cities. Seems folks found out that the Cities got 50% of the fines and the camera company got the other 50%.
 
Thats pretty whacked that someone has nothing better to do that 1) know all the CWA and BMPs, 2) watch you doing your job and 3) call the authorities to check it out. 20 bucks says the complainant is living on government assistance.

What were other companies doing that got them fined Guy?

Surprise they took them out on that alone. So the camara co makes $20,000,000 taxable money towards the state and the state makes $20,000,000 straight up cash. The state is the house at a card game and the camara's are the dealers..they can't lose...and who says so...the Lawmakers who j

If HE stopped you - clearly HE doesn't know what the rules are. It's not like being compliant is INVISIBLE or something >:/
