This was a Soft Wash Pressure Washing job that we recently completed on some 3 story Town Homes in Seminole / Largo Florida. The owners had previously been using another Pressure Washing Company and were less than pleased with the results. Apparently they were not using the proper materials to kill and remove the mold from the exterior of the buildings and were not able to reach some of the more difficult higher areas. From what I understand they were also using high pressure on these vinyl sided buildings which is a big no,no. High Pressure on vinyl can cause the siding to pop off, it causes unreversable wand mark damage and also forces water up behind the siding which can lead to mold growing behind the substraight.
All Surface Pressure Cleaning uses a Soft Wash method of Cleaning exteriors which WILL NOT damage siding,stucco,painted surfaces,drivit window screens and pool enclosures. We also use a combination of mildewcides and surfactants to kill and remove mold, dirt, bugs etc...from the exterior of your home or commercial building.
