Pricing on cleaning restaurant equipment

I received a call to clean restaurant grills and equipment.

How should I price the cleaning per hour. They are bringing everything outside.

Is there a degreaser that I can get at Grainger, Home depot or Lowes that will work good on restaurant equipment. I can't wait for shipping.

Thanks, Scott

How much per hour do you think would be fair?

I would charge 95.00 with a 145.00 set up fee each day.

Always tell them if the pre-treat if will save time.

Love line work.

If they done like it by the hour throw a price out of your head. Triple that price

This stuff can take a long time, sometimes it goes fast. Drains , prep an these things all come into play.

135.00 an hour. 1 hour minimum. 60 destination one way charge. so if you ever go there and they say all we have is "this" you can collect 200 bucks.
Just tossing that out there

Hourly, price per hour is dependent on all the factors that cost you money and what is average for your market. These guys could also be really slow at getting you stuff to clean, don't want to not be paid waiting on them.

To give you an example, for me to work in town $100-120 an hour is average. Guys that are outside of the city charge $130-160 easily an hour for the same work. Your area is different, figure out what everybody else is charging and go high or low depending on how much you want the work and you think is worth your time.

I hope you have heat, the hotter you can go, the better this will work.

Chemicals, you need to find something food grade I think. Don't know how much you would want to eat off a grill that has had an industrial engine degreaser applied to it, just saying.
