OK I went out and did some cold calling today, I ended up getting one job for early tomorrow morning all sidewalks, an easy job BUT the district manager was there and talked to me and want me to bid on five of his restaurants here in the area.
They want me to bid the sidewalks and dumpster areas on all five now for a Quarterly clean up, what would be the best cleaner to use on these, One is pretty dirty the other two that I looked at and not too bad mainly greese of coarse. I have to drive about 35 miles to look the other two over and I will do that on Sat and he asked my about doing the canvas awnings whice I have never washed before and the guy who did them last really messed them up, so I might stay away from them not wanting to get involved with something I have never done and make them worse.
I also made a good call on a small complex that needs both washing and sweeping, I was told to comeback in a day or so and talk to the main manager about my services as they fired their other washing service about three weeks ago and by the looks of it, I can see why. These are nothing big, but may pay pretty nicely for small jobs.
Now what would be your choice of cleaner to use on the dumpster areas.
