Pump lost pressure, any ideas?

Hello everyone, have not posted in quite a while. Have been watching though. My brother has a PW business in Huntsville Ala. and was working tonight and all of a sudden the machine lost pressure. I had him check the pre-filter, and he said it was not clogged. Any ideas where he should check next would be greatly appreciated.

Ck the unloader and water pressure

What typically causes an unloader to stop working? I have had to replace them before, but never understood what was wrong with them. If he takes it apart, or unscrews the head and adjusts the inner adjustment screw will that maybe help the problem, or would it be something else?

Did the machine lose all pressure, or are you still getting some at all? Could be a couple different things that cause pressure loss. Like if you getting water with not much pressure it could be a valve (trash stuck in it,or not seating properly) Could be as simple as a O ring !

Turns out the unloader was defective. He installed a new one and it works great again. It is hard to diagnose issues with someone elses machine without being there to see what it is actually doing. Thanks for the help.
