questioon for yellow pages advertisers

Hello Everyone,
I was wondering what section of the yellow pages your ads are in. My ad has not done good at all and it is in the pressure washing section. I am thinking of moving it to the water pressure cleaning section. What section do you advertise in? What section has done the best for you? I am also thinking of changing my ad. Any ideas for a good yellow pages ad, if so please let me know or send me one. Thanks.

In our book, 95% of the power washers are listed under "Building Cleaning - Exterior"

A few random entries are under pressure washing and truck washing.

It seems to me that the various companies around the country have different headings.....so, this may not be an easy question to get answered on the net, unless its someone from your local area.

Hey Chris,

You may want to check the actual ad itself. Maybe some of the other guys that run yellow page ads could post some of theirs that work well in their areas. It may be a layout issue or just bad placement in the spot you have.

As a matter of fact, we could all post our ads on here and give suggestions to each other on what we think would work better from our own experiance. If anyone wants to do this go ahead and post your ads, it may help all of us.

I'll post mine on Monday when I get back, if anyone sees anything I can improve, by all means let me know!
