quick question for the pros

this mixture for cleaning roofs (I think is right)is.....35gal 12.5....25lb TSP....65gal water....makes up 100gal. (now please correct me if i'm wrong) but saying i am correct my question is will this same mixture be good for gutters and vinyl.....keep in mind i am new so be gentle

close enough but it was more like
For 100 gallons TOTAL mix we need
30 gallons SH
65 Gallons water
12.5 lbs TSP
12.5 lbs Borax

SH is sodium hypochlorite 12.5 %

and no thet mix is only for roofs , I never get TSP close to a window
