Roller pump

I only do a couple of Roof Cleanings a yr, have been using a 2.2 gal electric pump set up that I have for applying deck stripper. I came across this little 6.5 hp Baja engine at Tractor supply for 100.00 on clearance, put on a roller pump with Viton seals and it should work well.

This is just a Temp set up. I plan on building it out of metal, not wood. This was just to see of it would work.

Connor, great idea! As you know, rinse it thoroughly to get every last penny out of that pump. Try getting rid of that elbow for more flow.

What kind of hose do you guys recommend I get for Roof Cleaning?

Like lori said, make sure you rinse thoroughly. I started out using a roller pump and went through. Half dozen before I switched. It will give you awesome flow though. yorinse

Could anyone tell me where i could get a bypass valve for my roller pump? I dont want to blow a hose if I take my finger off the trigger to long.

I just got 200' of the 5/8ths Kuritec from Lori. Haven't put it through much yet, but I think it's going to work very well.
