I took this info directly from their site.

Results will vary depending on the severity of the stains. This statement tells me it's not something I want to use.

Many light coats work better than 1 heavy coat. Wait for Roof Reviver(TM) to dry (about 1 hour). Do not rinse it off. Once the roof has dried, apply a second coat of Roof Reviver(TM). Do not rinse it off! Leave Roof Reviver(TM) on for Mother Nature to rinse off over time (up to 6 months). This method takes longer to obtain a clean roof, but does not require the extra work of rinsing. You have now stopped the spread of ugly and destructive roof stains! Tell your customer it could take up to six months, lol

*Repeat as necessary every 60 days until desired effect is achieved. Once clean and stain free, apply Roof Reviver(TM) yearly to prevent future stains.

*Try to apply Roof Reviver(TM) at least 1 day prior to expected rainfall

Rinsing Instructions: Once the product has dried, use 400-600 psi water pressure to thoroughly rinse shingles (Note: standard garden hose pressure is 50-75 psi and may not be adequate to remove stubborn stains).I can rinse stubborn stains easily with a garden hose...do it all the time. The Roof Reviver(TM) Low Pressure Tool is specially designed for the Rapid Removal Process and will give you the instant results you are looking for. The tool does not use high pressure. Instead it uses a high volume of water to safely flush away stains while not dislodging granules. The product and method have been tested by top shingles manufacturers.I wonder why thay don't have a link to that (Exercise caution if you are not using this special tool)

*Repeat if necessary. Discontinue rinsing if you see granule loss or suspect roof material is being damaged.Could it be from the low pressure tool:rolleyes:

*This method will require you to access the roof. You should be experienced at such work and use proper safety and fall protection at all times.

For green material such as roof moss, algae, and fungus: Mix 1 cup of Roof Reviver(TM) to 2 gallons of water. Apply to the roof as directed. Do not rinse. For heavy growth apply a second coat. That's it. No brushing or scrubbing is necessary. In a few days the growth will turn brown and rinse itself away with the rain and wind. Roof Reviver(TM) will safely kill the moss, algae and fungus without damaging the roof. Unlike chlorine bleach, Roof Reviver(TM) is odorless and pleasant to work with. But isn't chlorine bleach the ONLY method recomended by top shingle manufacturers

When I here the words pressure washer and roof in the same sentence thats when I throw that thought out the window. Who needs roof reviver when you have a pressure washer. Anybody can clean a roof with a pressure washer. What a jack#@$!
