Rust On Vinyl

Hey guys, need some help. I have a White Vinyl house that I am trying to remove the rust stains from. I tried Oxalic acid, did a pretty good job, but on the darker spots it just lightened up, did not go away. So I hit it again and let it dwell longer, scrub a little with a rag, still there. Is there any suggestions what might take it completely off, or do you think its too deep in the vinyl, that there is no hope??
