No, you can not restore the damage done to the area surrounding the horse.

We remove mold, mildew, environmental dirt and water soluble staining.

Try Zipwax at the Auto parts Store. I used this on my Coach when I removed a Few Decals years ago, my father owned a Transportation Company. It worked on the Trailers when replacing Signs, try it. Its Vinyl but might work
