SMK Services finishes a landmark Episcopal Cathedral the last week of November 2011.

Wow. Never envisioned that. Nice job Chris.

Thanks Doug. Here is an aerial view of my next project. The steeple is 200 feet tall and the rest of the church is larger than the cathedral we just finished. I love the almost instant satisfaction of soft washing.

Good job on the cleaning.

I would definately use those pictures for marketing.

Good luck on the next one.

Great looking results.

How you gonna do the 200ft tall one?

How did you like the green wash? Did it work for you or did you use something else?

I did use the Green Wash, but I honestly can't say how I liked it because I was working so fast since the crane was $260 an hour that I didn't notice. However, it took many applications of a very strong mix and I probably took about three times longer than I had planned.

Proud to have you as a member of our Softwash community here on pwi . Ron Musgraves text me for questions 480-522-5227 Pressure Washing Institute
Thanks Ron. I still owe you a very expensive dinner for the Dave and Buster's job in Houston. I know I speak for many of us on here when I say thanks for all you have done for our industry, both in public and in private. BTW, I want to buy your business when you decide to quit.

I dont know much about green wash, but I heard that cleaning porous stone can get tricky. (only porous stone experience I have is concrete) What was your wash method?
Spray the chemicals and let them do their job. Unfortunately, my time estimate was off because the area I cleaned as a sample on the ground was much easier to clean than what was higher up on the capstone. Spray, spray and keep on spraying. You can't imagine the depth of the problem in the pores of the stone.

Chris that is one amazing job you did with the Soft Washing I am really impressed! If that doesn't get you more work I don't know what will...Just incredible!

Yes Mr. Rucker, you are correct. Ron, Doug and I want to take over the business. We all need to talk.
get in line. Nice job on the church

thanks for the response Chris, what was the chemicals (green wash only?), do you think you should have used something more powerful initially on the horizontal areas?
