Never had much luck with creatine, I just used the whey. I think alot of that stuff is for lining pockets. Honey, antioxidents and lots of real juice works great for overall performance.

I will tell you what works for GH release beside Juice.
HEAVY Squats, and Dead lifts.
The MORE muscle groups you work at the same time, and the harder the exercise, the more GH release.
That's why power lifters are so big.
I used to be a personal trainer, back in my day.
For the first year of some one's training, they did the big three exercises ONLY.
That is Squats, dead lifts, and bench presses.
No curls, shrugs, isolation exercises, etc.
Just 3 BIG movements, and some power cleans to break things up.
I have trained even BIG guys, and put size on them too by making them SQUAT.

Squats build size ALL OVER, not JUST legs and azz.

In the "old days", to get big, you squatted heavy, and I MEAN heavy, once a week, and drank a gallon of whole milk a day.

I have seen people gain 15 lbs in a month of muscle following this program.

Check out this link. Scroll down near the bottom, and there is a video of Pudz working out. It's pretty crazy.

I'm wanting to cut fat/weight significantly and as fast as safely possible. More I read, it seems GH is not only good for gains, but for fat loss as well. I'm doing a six-week fat loss program which is detailed in this months M&F Magazine....article by Chris Aceto. In relation to diet, you are basically cutting carbs in half throughout the day, and no carbs (just P and F) in the final meal of the day. Do this four days of the week, the other three you eat full carbs, but still none at final meal.

Still working out the cobwebs with lifting.....not in good enough shape yet to really push hard......hard enough to get good GH release. Probably take me another three weeks to get to where I'm fairly strong again--strong enough to push things a little. Just need something to get the aggression/fire up a little until then, cause my butt is dragging a little.

Try lifting any significant weight with a titanium implant in your neck.5 yrs ago a 325 bench was childs play, now I struggle with less 180 and forget squats.Thank gawd for leg press and machines to fill in the voids by not being able to swing a lot of free weight now.

I'd think the titanium would make you stronger, LOL:) For press movements, have you ever tried HammerStrength?? Soooo much better than machines, and you still kinda feel like you are slingin' free weights.

At 40 it's not so much about building huge mass, but keeping weight down.I gave up bashing homeruns in my early thirties and settle for general fitness and base hits now.
