Swivel Problem

Mark 8262

Residential and Commercial Pressure Washing Specia
I have a 21 Mosmatic surface cleaner and just recently rebuilt the swivel it was shooting water out of the weep hole. It has worked fine for the past month since the rebuild.

Now the arm will not turn and there is no water coming from the weep holes. Water comes out fine from the nozzles but the arm does not turn. It turns freely by hand and will spin around several times if I give it a spin by hand.

Do I need to replace the swivel due to bad bearings or does anyone have any other ideas.

Thanks for your help.

If there is more than an occasional drop out of the weep holes, theres a good chance the bearings will get washed out if you keep running it. I think it is only the little o-rings that need replacing, that carbide should outlast everything else.

I have the heavier duty triple bearing swivel and it has lasted forever but I do open it up every couple of weeks and squirt some silicone grease down in the ball bearings at the bottom.

Dultmeier has good prices on mosmatic swivels. If you look up the swivels on the mosmatic website you can order any one through dultmeier.
