Hello Ron,
About 10 years ago when I was on the BOD of PWNA, I asked the folks at WJTA if they would be interested in bringing smaller equipment (under 10,000 psi) into their association. I was not able to get any interest from the other board members of PWNA at that time.
Since you are a member of PWNA, try suggesting it to the members. The WJTA at least wanted to talk several years ago, but it never got that far!
