Transmission Fluid Stain Removal On Concrete

Has anyone had any luck removing these stains? I tried both EBC and BT200 at 4 to 1 since I was running low and it still looks the same. I even tried dry sweep and that didn't work either. I'm open to suggestions.

The stains have been there about 5 days. I hit it with 200 degrees of hot water. I think I'll try a caustic based degreaser and if that doesn't work then some SH.
 
That caustic will drive it deeper in the concrete if you can get straight dlimoline it will have better chance but i think there will always be some stain left.
 
I have always used a strong caustic based degreaser with hot water and have great results if the stain is caught within a couple weeks. Older stains are harder to clean and the stains that have been there for years, they will look better but sometimes a shadow will be left.

The thing that I cannot get out is Hydraulic fluid, even after a few hours, this stuff is hard to budge. The hydraulic fluid leaks are very black, never any other color here and the stain just soaks into the concrete and acts like a dye in the concrete.

I was called bye a sprinkler repair company today their truck leaked trany fluid all over a customers driveway earlier in the week.
Product used was oil cleanse.
The homeowner was very pleased with the results! As was I.
