Uploading pictures to craigslist

Hey everyone, :wave2:
I couldn't find if anyone posted about how to upload pictures to Craislist in the services section, it does not give you the option to do so. I finally figured it out! for those of you who dont know :) This is for you.

Upload you pictures to a site that puts them into Html format like for example Photobucket. Then copy the html code and paste it underneath your post, after your text, and then click continue. You should see it after you click continue.

I hope im not giving out too big of a secret, it was like new found science to me lol. But the people that have figured this out post like crazy on there so this should give more businesses more of an oppertunity to post like the other guys. So there should be more competition then people looking up power washing in the services section and only finding a bunch of one company.

Another suggestion. If you have a webmaster or graphic designer have them design an ad for you that you will use on Craigslist. They will provide the HTML for the ad to you and then you simply copy and past it into the window on Craigslist.

I would like to ask different owners if Craigslist has been a reasonable resource for leads?

To anwser your question, For us its so-so we've gotten a few calls from craigslist over the past year and I've posted probabley 50 times. But like it mentioned above these companies get on there and post like 20 times in one day! I dont know how they're doing it. I dont think they are supposed to be doing that because when I try to post something even remotely close to my last post it doesnt let me post. I dont know.
 
Try http://www.thumbtack.com/ once you sign up. You can make a nice craigslist ad with picture. Some times you need to fix there html code to make your phone number and company name bigger. They also give you a good ranking in the search engine, But!!!! They have there own contact page. This is why you need to fix the font size on the craigslist ad.
