How many times have you heard this? I have been to locations that say they don't have pressure washing in their budget, and they do it themselves, whether it be buying a little pressure washer, or scrubbing the concrete. I see how it is after they are done, and it still looks bad. I always offer to come in right after they are done, but doesn't always work.
It is very unfortunate that GM's & above feel saving a couple hundred or so is more important than having a clean location that their customers see every day! They do not think of the impact on their sales.
One of my customers asked me if I have tried to get business from a national burger chain, said he won't eat there because of how their concrete looks, which is usually very greasy. I have tried several times with their GM's, up to their regional manager, even offering a multi store discount, but they'd rather save the money. If they only knew what their customers were saying!!!
