i use espec's hose.
The trick to pressure line's is to use 6 ft whip hose's on each end.
As the fitting's wear out you toss the whip hgose's and keep the 100footer's.
ive had a 2 wire 100 ft on my rig for 3 year's now.
The 3000 psi single wire if far lighter but wont as long.
It's a trade off.
Housewashing i like the 1 wire.
Truck washing i like the two wire.
All my whip hose's are 1 wire.

Ron, I beg to differ on the e-spec hose, I bought 200 ft of line when I first started, cause they were cheap, Well that is what I had cheap hose. I broke all coupler ends from the hose with in a couple of months...

I do have to say, they have held up after repaiing the line, for two full years, worry free.

Matt, this is why i said that you should use the whip hose with the reg hose. When the end's of the whip hose cut the outter caseing. You toss them.

Ron, not sure how this works. That is, how do the whip hoses wear out faster than the longer hoses. Also, are you connecting the whip hoses with quick connects to the main hose?

Ron I was using a whip, it just was bad ends I am figuring.

They really bleed black when they get hot.

i use quick coupler's but ive changed to the EURO type.
[just like karcher]
I have not replaced a o ring yet.
The reg type just have to much slop and wear the o ring.
Where the hose fail's is at the crimp. This is because most are to lazy to pull the line with one hand and hold the gun with the other. We all tend to pull with the gun. This cut's the caseing and rust start's.
I have worn out the swivil end's but that's because i run HF acid and sometime's forget to rinse the rine's with soap to nuet.

hoses

The serpentine hoses are the lightest i have used from them but they are not very good in my opinion. The hose ends poped out after 2 weeks use and kept poping out, and even with the warranty i got screwed because they failed to live up to it. But i bought a different brand from them a little bit after i stopped doing business with them that has not ruptured once until today. Everyone should know what happened with their issue.

It looks like I am leaning towrds the Goodyear neptune. But I have never used them before.

How do they compare to others?

From a non marking stand point they leave something to be desired. I have blue neptunes non-marking that mark more then you could imagine. Other then that they held up great.
