Where to get a 12.5 bleach in Mississippi?

Hello folks.

I am having a hard time locating a 12.5% bleach in MS. I called a few chemical suppliers and two out of three told me they can't sell to any company that does residential services. Third one said they sell only in bulk and also told me that he was a part of some initiative that against selling 12.5 bleach to businesses that also do residential.
