I was called out to an old customer who wanted us back again.
They had left a many years ago because of price.

Classic. I had encountered a similar approach a couple of years ago. These guys actually used the back of their employers business card....it was a cash account.

In the plenum photo it is kinda easy to see what "Juan" did last time he was there.
It is also easy to see what he missed.

I think they just took a break from exhaust cleaning for about 5 years and now are ready to have us back again -

That is unless they hire Grant instead. :eek:

I count 4 scrape marks in that plenum picture.
 
WE used to collect those other guys stickers. We called them "scalps." Would that now be politcally incorrect?

Some companies like to use the IKECA logo on their stickers out here.

I guess you do not necessarily need to be a member or have a certification.

We were thinking of adding THE MICHELIN MAN to our sticker just for fun.

The sad thing is this, I brought that same company on the sticker to IKECA's attention last April and I still find those stickers around town. We need to harass IKECA on this issue and IKECA needs to send a cease and desist letter to them.
How long ago did you see that sticker Chris?
 
Found it up in Lancaster 2 months ago. It is probably an old sticker.

Aparently this company charges $175.00 to scrape (yup just a scrape) this place and they do it every year or 2 (whenever she calls).

It is a little 1 system coffee shop. Again they clean it "every year or 2".
A coffee shop with a grill, fryer and stove.

She called me up there to see if she could save some money. :eek:
The idea of cleaning it to bare metal, cleaning it every 90 days was mind blowing to her........I kept hearing "But that other company just........."
