White Paint on Red Brick Home

A customer I have been working with for the last 4 years has some white paint on her red bricks.
I told her I wasnt sure about getting it off without harming the brick.

What could I use that would be the least expensive way.

I was thinking of scrubbing with a wire brush...

steam should take it off. but wire brush may discolor the brd brick.

its regular outdoor paint... im not really sure what type paint she is not sure either...
