Here is an article that I read this week that really fit my week and has been one of the harder lessons we have been learning this year our first full year in business.

Not every client is worth having, not every job is worth taking. Sometimes you need to fire a client. In the words of my friend Carlos "Chase the Cheddar, not the Cheese". When you realize your client is low quality cheese at best they might be hurting your business more then helping. It may be time to reconsider your relationship with them.

Something I have had done to me is to take a low performing account and pass it on hungry competitor. Even they will not want to wash two trucks every three weeks for $20 a piece.
